Each month we’ll deposit credits into your LIVD account, based on what your employer has allocated for you.

That’s up to you! You can redeem your credits for lifestyle benefits within the app, and pick and choose what you want.

On the LIVD platform, you have the luxury of selecting from an extensive range of 15 benefit categories designed to support your team’s diverse needs.

Our offerings span areas such as food, travel, transportation, entertainment, household necessities, and home office setups. This variety ensures that every aspect of your team’s lifestyle is covered, making it simpler than ever to cater to their unique preferences and requirements

We provide onboarding for all new companies that join the LIVD platform. It includes dedicated one-on-one support and tailored onboarding guides designed to ensure your team is fully equipped to make the most of our platform.

Yes, it’s flexible! You can spend your benefits each month, or save them and redeem for a larger ticket item. It’s up to you.

Note - Credits will roll over to the next calendar year.

Our platform is carefully crafted to flex with the needs of your team. With the capability to add or remove employees via our Admin Portal, you can make changes on a monthly basis if needed. This ensures that managing shifts in your team has never been simpler.

Whether you’re welcoming new members or transitioning out those who have moved on, adjustments to their monthly stipends can be made each month if needed, ensuring immediate access to the app and its benefits.

Yes, fringe benefits can be subject to taxation. This depends on various factors, including the type of benefit and applicable tax laws.

Generally, fringe benefits are considered taxable income and must be reported to the IRS on a W-2 form, or to the CRA on a T4.

Not to worry, we will provide each employee with a statement of all their benefits spent on the LIVD platform at the end of each calendar year and what is taxable or non-taxable.
